PROCEDURE ON DEATH OR DISABILITY OF LICENSEE

If a licensee dies to becomes insolvent or otherwise disabled, the person carrying on the business of such licensee shall not be liable to any penalty, under the Act or these rules for exercising the powers granted to the licensee by the licence during such time as may reasonably be required to allow him to make an application for the transfer of the licence under Rule 10 in his own name for the unexpired portion of the original licence.
LOSS OF LICENCE:
Where a licence granted under these rules is lost or accidentally destroyed, a duplicate licence may be granted on payment of a fee of rupees five.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Every application under these rules shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt showing that the appropriate fee has been paid into the local treasury under the head of account ‘0230-श्रम और सेवायोजन 104-फैक्ट्री अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत वसूल फीस।’
